About Anthea Larsen
Anthea Larsen is the founder of Rodeo Edge. She holds two Bachelors Degrees, in both Business and in Journalism, and began her career as an Event Coordinator in conjunction with the PRCA Rodeo and Concert Performances at the New Mexico State Fair in Albuquerque, New Mexico. During her time as an Event Coordinator she had the opportunity to learn all aspects of the detailed operation and execution of PRCA Rodeo performances. When she had the opportunity to take on the position of the Sponsorship and Promotions Director, she found a career where she could put her creativity and tenacity to work, creating marketing products for partners that simultaneously promoted the event and enhanced the fans experience.
She took a break from the rodeo and western industry for the opportunity to serve as CEO of the United Way of Southwest New Mexico. An experience that provided her executive level skills working with volunteer boards and developing organizational strategy. While this experience proved to be invaluable, she missed the deadline driven events environment and the tight knit community of the rodeo and western industry.
It was as the General Manager of the Greeley Stampede that she was able to pull together her unique combination of executive, event and promotional experience and be a part of one of the greatest concert and PRCA Rodeo events in the Fourth of July run.
Currently, she provides promotion, social media, sponsorship and production consulting services for rodeos and western lifestyle brands. To learn more about Anthea Larsen and the results of her professional career, please visit her profile on LinkedIn.
